The general idea whit this page is to be a connecting point between the different rescue organisations and clubs around Philippines. So you can work together all over the country and so you can get a much wider contact net to both get help from and ideas from.
And that you can have monthly or yearly exercises whit and where the different rescue groups can benefit from each others experience.
Most of this groups will be on neighbourhood or barangay level and the idea is that you help the one that are in need, like old people or handy caped or disabled people so everyone can evacuate to safety.
The underlying premise is that a major disaster will overwhelm first responders leaving many citizens on their own for the first 72 hours to 2 days or longer after the emergency.
Our goal is to teach as many as possible that, with basic training, they can make a difference in the lives of their families and others when, not if, they are affected by a disaster large or small.
Develop self-confidence and peace of mind as you learn practical information and learn hands-on life-saving skills.
Build community as you develop and share your skills and resources to protect yourself, your family and home, and your neighbourhood.
Create a lifeline between your family and neighbours, and the City's emergency responders Increase the safety and well-being of your family and neighbourhood.
